Looking for karate classes in Stanmore? Just an 8-minute walk from Stanmore Station, you’ll find our dojo inside the spacious sports hall at Aylward Primary School. It’s a bright, open training space with plenty of onsite parking, making it easy for families to get to.

Classes here are led by Assistant Chief Instructor Sensei Greg Walcott (4th Dan) — one of our most experienced and highly regarded instructors. Whether your child is brand new or looking to take their skills to the next level, they’ll be in safe, capable hands.

Ages 5–10: 5.50 – 6.45pm
Ages 11–17: 6.50 – 7.45pm

Each class is designed to be challenging, engaging and — just as importantly — fun! Sensei Greg’s sessions are well-structured and known for creating confident, skilled students.

With decades of experience and a powerful technical presence on the mats, Sensei Greg brings structure, discipline and intensity to every session — but always with approachability and encouragement for students at every level.

His classes are well-paced, practical and inspiring — ideal for children and teens who want to learn real karate in a supportive setting.

Many of our black belts have come through this dojo — a testament to the high standards, great instruction, and consistent student development taking place here every week.
