Can I try it out first?

Absolutely! Everyone gets a free taster session to see if karate is their thing. If you’re a parent with a little one interested in starting, you’re more than welcome to stay, watch, or even join in on the fun!

How much does it cost?

Please come along for a free trial – we have options for attending once or twice a week depending on the location. Plus, if two or more family members train together, you get a 10% family discount — because karate’s better with family!

Will I get hurt?

Don’t worry — beginners are never put in situations where injury is likely. Safety first, always.

Will karate make my child aggressive?

Actually, it’s usually the opposite. Martial arts teach discipline and self-control, helping kids channel their energy in positive, focused ways.

Which class is right for us?

We’ve got classes for all ages and levels: little kids, older kids, teens, adults, family classes, and even Ladies-only Kickboxing. Give us a call, and we’ll help you find your perfect fit.

I’m a bit nervous — what should I expect?

Everyone starts as a beginner (true story!). Arrive a bit early for your first class, and your instructor will have a quick chat to ease any nerves. We often buddy up new students with experienced ones to help explain things. Our classes have a friendly, fun vibe — you’ll feel right at home!

I haven’t exercised in a while — am I fit enough?

You bet! No matter your fitness level, you can take it at your own pace. Our instructors will encourage you, but there’s no boot camp here. Most students notice their fitness and stamina improve within the first month.

I’ve done martial arts before — is there a class for me?

Definitely! If you don’t want to start from white belt again, no problem. We’ll assess your level and help you jump in where you’re comfortable. Many students have come to us from other styles and love training here.

Do I need a karate suit to start?

Nope! Just come in comfy clothes like tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. After your free taster, we’ll guide you on getting your own karate suit.

What age can my little one start?

We take children from 5 years old. Sometimes we make exceptions if a 4-year-old has a sibling already training.
